For instance, your internet browser, the web pages that appear to be most frequently visited and similar information is not Personally Identifiable Information because we cannot identify you from that information alone.

What are Cookies?

What Personally Identifiable Information does TimeOutComics.Com collect, how does it use it and when does it disclose it?

TimeOutComics.Com does not collect personally identifiable information. However, on those the areas of the web site in which users may send 1. A comic, or 2. a postcard to someone users are asked to enter their first name as well as the recipient's e-mail address. Users also may submit a message to the recipient of the send an e-mail to the recipient indicating by first name that you have invited them to either view the postcard or comic that you have sent to them. This e-mail will reveal to your friend your first name and direct the friend to a URL, which contains the selected postcard or comic. All information collected to process this one-time request from you is deleted immediately as soon as the request is processed and not permanently stored by TimeOutComics.Com. To protect your privacy, you are strongly encouraged not to place any Personal Identifiable Information in the body of the message to your friend, and to only use your first name.

What aggregate (Non-personal information) does TimeOutComics.Com collect, how does it use it and when does it disclose it?

TimeOutComics.Com does not collect any aggregate information about visitors to this site.

Does Time Out™ link to other web sites and does it control the information practices of those sites?

TimeOutComics.Com links to many third-party web sites. TimeOutComics.Com does not share any Personally Identifiable information with any of those web sites. In each of these instances, the information practices of those third-party sites are not controlled or monitored by us. You should be aware that these third parties may have very different information practices than TimeOutComics.Com. To understand your privacy options, we strongly recommend that you read those third parties' privacy policies.

Is Your personal information secure?

We use our best efforts to ensure the security of personal information submitted by you. As stated above, we immediately delete from our files the information supplied by you once we have completed your request to send a comic strip or a postcard.
